The O2O Model: An Innovative Instructional Design and Development Model

Description: Often in our field we are called to be innovative and utilize the tools we have to solve a problem in a way that may be outside of the box. We need to be able to innovate and develop an ID model that works for our client, our team, and ourselves as a designer. In this paper I identify gaps in current ID models used in our field and then find a way to close the gap by introducing an alternate design model.
