Teaching has always been my passion. I’m driven to help usher people towards clarity and actualize their new knowledge. Instructional design gives me the science to strategically create learner-centered events—helping each learner reach and retain their “ah-ha” moments!

Branding & MARKETING

A “brand” is what someone feels when engaging with your service or product. Marketing (logos, sites, colors, events, etc) is the vehicle that is used to connect an audience with that “feeling.” As a digital marketer, I specialize in leveraging social media, marketing tools, and common sense to place your product and service on the appropriate digital shelves (and then some)!

ACCELERATORs

4c ACCELERATOR PROGRAM

PROJECT CLIENT: ASL Creative Services and the Vanguard Development Collective
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The 4C Accelerator helps small and medium-sized businesses overcome two of the biggest barriers to growth: access to capital and procurement readiness. Whether in construction, manufacturing, or technology services, we provided the practical support small business owners to secure funding, build capacity, and compete for larger contracts. This year, we proudly graduated our inaugural and second cohorts—establishing a community of business owners building capacity and momentum across our region. Over a fourteen-week instructional period of dual tracks—consisting of a seven-module Credit Accelerator followed immediately by a seven-module Procurement Accelerator—participants engaged in a formalized learning experience that included weekly in-person two-hour lectures, guided independent study, structured workbook assignments, and module-specific assessments within a Learning Management System (LMS).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Graduated Cohort I in September 2025

  • Graduated Cohort II in December 2025

  • Consult with subject matter experts and develop performance objectives, curriculum, slide decks, and 140+ page workbook for a 14-week, 12-module 4C Business Accelerator across two major tracks.

  • Graphic design and develop 140+ page workbook, 12 slide decks, and staff onboarding documentation.

  • Develop Learning Atlas triangulating learning objectives, instruction, and assessments to be used during curriculum development with SMEs.

  • Ensure learner and program achievement to key-KPI’s required by program funder.

  • Apply data driven strategies to measure program outcomes, oversee data collection, analyze participant progress, and refine curriculum components to optimize learning eperiences.

  • Develop Pre-Assessment, Midpoint-Assessment, and Post-Assessment Questionnaires to evaluate qualitative and quantitative learner data for Impact Reporting.

  • Report evaluations and lessons learned in comprehensive Impact Report

  • Hire, onboard, train, and oversee work responsibilities of new instructional designer and Education Team

NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

  • According to the 4C Accelerator Endpoint Survey, 100% of Cohort I participants reported understanding the corporate procurement process and how decisions are made–greatly exceeding the desired outcome of 40%.

  • As of December 2025, according to results from the CORA™ Survey, all (100%) Cohort I participants indicate they are ready to pursue procurement opportunities–greatly exceeding the desired outcome of 25%.

  • At the Accelerator Midpoint, with a cohort NPS Score of 9.8, Cohort 1 Participants reported they are very likely to recommend the 4C Accelerator to a friend or a college.

HOME-BASED CHILDCARE ACCELERATOR PROGRAM

PROJECT CLIENT: ASL Creative Services and the Women’s Foundation of Alabama
PROJECT ROLE: Instructional Designer / Instructor / Workbook Developer / Evaluator
In partnership with ASL Creative Services, I was consulted to iterate on learnings discovered in Cohort I by continuing to provide summative evaluation on learner-cohort experience and program effectiveness (delivered in a virtual and in-person hybrid format containing both synchronous and asynchronous instruction) on the second iteration of the premiere Home-Based Childcare Accelerator Program.

INSTRUCTOR: Understanding Your Digital Footprint
In addition to providing evaluation support, WFA and ASL sought to leverage my expertise as a web designer and marketer to provide instructional materials and in-person class facilitation on Understanding Your Digital Footprint. This comprehensive lesson provides insight into how online behavior, digital presence, and digital marketing can influence the success and reputation of childcare businesses, as well as communication with parents and communities.
